What kind of card does the camera work with?

Different models use slightly different SD cards, which generally fulfill the following conditions
1. micro SD, micro SDHC or micro SDXC
2. Class 10 or UHS-III rating
3. Capacity up to 8~128GB (FAT32)

How do I get the latest version of the software?

The remote control does not work properly?

Please make sure the camera's remote control function is turned on. lf the camera does not respond when you press the remote control button, the remote battery has beenexhausted. Please refer to the remote control battery replacement operation guide in the manual.

Is there a battery replacement service available?

You can replace the battery once for free, please contact our after-sales email.
